Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian Actress best known for her role as the star of Freeform Fantasy series Shadowhunters and Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea pa' which she are enamored. As a dancer and model, Toubia has also achieved the success she has achieved in both areas. Montreal-born, she has lived in Texas since childhood, and always loved doing shows. As a little girl she began to learn various forms of dance. When she was 15, she was a contestant in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. The performance of Toubia as Shadowhunter earned her recognition at the Teen Choice Awards in both the years 2017 and 2018, for her performance as the best actress on TV in Fantasy/Sci-Fi.
